A brilliant and influential scientist with many fresh ideas, support and understanding, who brought forward the idea of the recurrence plot and its quantification so much and made them popular in the scientific world.
Recurrence plot based methods (e.g. recurrence quantification analysis) are modern methods of nonlinear data analysis.
Here we provide information about recurrence plots, cross and joint recurrence plots as well as their quantification (recurrence quantification analysis, RQA).
